  1. My problem was digestion….bloating was the big issue or that awful feeling of indigestion. It would get so bad I would be up all night till 6am!       Glad to hear the digestive enzymes are working so well for you. I have been lucky and never have had a major problem, other than the occasional heart burn. Not only is everyone eating poorly these days, the quality of our produce etc. has been diminished for various reasons, we are not getting the nutrients from our food like we did even 20 years ago. Through my research I am happy to have learned that the medical community is coming to realize that most diseases start in the gut.
